Allow around 10 days for delivery in the UK- This may increase during busy periods

All shipping Costs are added at checkout.

Europe - 14-21 days

Rest of World - 14-28 days

**International orders may be subject to customs delays - these are out with our control and waiting times will vary from country to country***

Returns

We will accept returns within 28 days of receipt of item. 
If you wish to return an item you must contact us beforehand - preferably by email (support@mysteryshirts.co.uk).

Customer will be entitled to a full refund minus initial shipping costs. 

Customer shall pay for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for a parcel being lost in the mail that does not reach us.

Shirts must be in original condition with tags where these were present. All contents of the box must be returned

​

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt.

Paypal - Money back as soon as processed

Card - We use Stripe to process our payments, they take between 5-10 working days.
